It all started when…

I realized I loved languages a lot. Born in Germany with Spanish parents and being immersed in two different cultures and languages from the beginning, I just knew I had to do something related with languages in the future. Everybody suggested teaching, but that wasn’t really my thing, and then I discovered the existence of something called Translation and Interpreting…

And lo and behold, I’ve been doing this wonderful job since 2015, and went freelance in 2018! My name is Lili, and my specialization fields lie in video game, software and web localization, audiovisual translation, and fashion and beauty.

And what do I do in my free time?

Well, I am an avid reader (especially fantasy!), I constantly listen to music (and sing, and I’m in a band!), and I game, too. My favorite genres are RPGs and visual novels, I love a good story. I love to dye my hair, get tattoos, and lately I got into crocheting.

And why do I tell you this? Because I think it’s important that you’re aware I’m a person with likes, dislikes, feelings — you know, a good ole human. In a time of machines and technology, it’s nice to be reminded sometimes that we still work with people.
